About me..

I am a NASM Cert 3 and 4 ‘Certified Personal Trainer' and Gym Instructor’ and studied with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

I have been in the fitness industry for 6 years but lived and worked here in Australia for over 4 years. I am blessed to have my own beautiful personal training studio in the Macedon Ranges where my 1-1 clients have complete privacy and can feel safe and comfortable when working on their fitness journey. Alongside this I also offer small group personal training sessions in Woodend three times a week. For those that are unable to work with me in person I also have online services and train clients around the world!

My ultimate goal when crafting clients their brand new movement programs is to ‘balance the body to move freely without pain’.

Our bodies are fascinating and there is nothing better for our bodies than movement itself. Moving keeps us young, vibrant and when you have the right plan in place for your body, you can fix almost any ache and pain and it rewards you tenfold.

So much so, to complement the work I currently do I am also studying Remedial, Sports and Relaxation massage therapy which will be coming very soon!

I’ve helped 100’s of men and women, in person and through my online services achieve their goals.

My specialities are (but not limited to):

**Reducing and eliminating joint aches and pains

**Increasing mobility and movement

**Injury recovery and prevention

**Building Strength for every day life and activities

**Building confidence and adherence with exercise

**Creating a fun enjoyable routine and program that feels achievable

**Helping clients create their fitness routine around hectic schedules

Many clients come to me because they are in pain, because they have tried everything and exercise is their last resort.

Exercise is and always will be the most underrated form of medicine, and it’s not promoted enough because big companies don’t make money off healthy people!

I’m also a very proud mum to two girls whilst and have a very supportive happy busy family, busy lifestyle and a busy career.

I first found fitness in my thirties, and when I say fitness I mean strength training. Through my earlier years I navigated several big life challenges one being a total Hysterectomy at 34 years old. It left me feeling quite poorly, unfit, sore and with lots of aches and pains!

This was hard being in so much pain with 2 young children, and I realised how fragile my life was if I didn’t remain as fit as I could be or at least try as best as I could for me and my girls.

It opened my eyes to many other people, friends, family that were suffering because many underestimate the power of moving our bodies and what that can do for us. That’s when I trained in this industry, I knew that’s what I wanted to be remembered most for. Healing others too.

Exercise isn’t just all about the aesthetics, sure it’s good to look and feel great, but when you focus on the ‘health’ reasons for movement and exercise and take your time and enjoy it, that’s when the amazing things happen.

Exercise got me strong again. I finally had no pain. I felt better than in my teens, 20’s and 30’s. So I have dedicated my career over the past 6 years to helping others do the same.

It’s never too late to start, I’ve helped many others finally create their new healthy routines, finally achieve their goals and all with balance and Freedom to enjoy life too.

That’s what it’s all about isn’t it? Freedom.
